Monitor Enrichment Program (MEP) offers the following services:
1. Structured educational and recreational activities for Grades K-8
Convenient hours of operation
Afterschool 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. Mon-Fri
Summer 7:30 a.m. -5:30 p.m. Mon-Fri
Regular attendance required, i.e.
3-4 days per week.
2. Educational field trips
3. Nutritional afternoon snacks
4. Clean, safe facility
5. Qualified, professional staff
6. Reasonable tuition
(Afterschool $25.00 / Summer $40.00 per child per week; $5.00 sibling discount)
7. Financial Aid:
Childcare subsidy through DECAL CAPS
MEP Scholarships may be available through sponsorships.
1. Create one single family username and password to use for all children in your family.
2. Complete all fields relevant to your child.
3. This form is a legal document. Enter your full name in the electronic signature field at the
bottom. This is a legal signature. Enter the current date.
4. Click the Save Progress button at the bottom if you have partially completed the form to save all information entered and return later.
5. After entering all information appropriate for your child, you MUST click the Submit button for the document to be legal.
6. If you want to register another child, sign in as a Returning User with the family username and password and click the Start New button. Follow the instructions above.
7. If you want to update information or register your child for another year, sign in as a Returning User and click the Edit button on the row with the child’s name. Make any changes required. Update the signature date field. Click the Submit button.
